The Keeping House is a sister brand of Society Social (shopsocietysocial.com). Both brands are operated by Society Social, Inc. and follow the same privacy practices. Your account, purchase history, and personal information on one site are maintained separately from the other unless you have independently created accounts or made purchases on both.

We use Klaviyo to manage our email marketing and SMS communications. - SMS/Text: You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP (or any other method described in the message). We may collect and use information about message delivery and opt-out status to administer our messaging program.
Subscribing to The Keeping House email or SMS list is separate from any subscription you may hold with Society Social. Opting out of one does not affect the other.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, complying with legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and preventing fraud. Order records may be retained for several years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
